Become a job-shadow partner

All our programmes include a job shadow opportunity to help our beneficiaries take the first step into the workplace.

Practical on the job training is arranged for qualifying delegates with partners across various industries such as bakeries, restaurants, guesthouses, retail stores, elderly care, clothing factories, building contractors, etc.

The job shadow provides great (and often first time) exposure to the workplace and an opportunity for delegates to showcase their skills and suitability for employment.

Become a Placement Partner

FCD links our graduates with various economic activity opportunities within our network of industry partners.

Contact us when you need staff and enjoy free job placement services as a job placement partner.

Become a funding partner

The cost of training per beneficiary ranges between R8 000 and R16 000.

As a non-profit organisation we provide sponsorship to unemployed or under-employed beneficiaries.

We rely on donations to cover the costs of our programmes in order to address unemployment in a sustainable manner.

FCD is Section 18A and B-BBEE Certified.

Contact us to become a sponsor and partner with us in changing lives.

Become a Volunteer

We gladly welcome volunteers who are prepared to use their skills to enrich the lives of our staff and students.

Whether you're helping with admin tasks, teaching classes, serving at our graduation ceremonies and pop-up shops, or tending FCD's garden, we'd love to have you tell us what YOU can do!
