FCD is a faith-based, non-profit organisation serving Durbanville, Fisantekraal, and the greater Cape Town area.

Since 2010, we have been equipping unemployed individuals with practical skills training through 13 sponsored short skills programmes across various industries.

Since then, our programme portfolio has grown to include the following: Bake for Profit, Barista, Childcare, Craft for Profit, English with Confidence, Frail Care, Handyman, Hospitality & Housekeeping Job Readiness, Nail Tech, Office Basics, Sew for Profit and Trade for Profit.

Our holistic approach focuses not only on employability, but also on restoring hope, dignity, and self‑esteem in vulnerable communities.
